Betty Crocker’s new Trix Snacks are basically gummy candies infused with the Trix’ fruity flavors that we love so much. And just like the cereal, the gummies also come in a variety of fun shapes. It’s the perfect Easter treat for kids and kids-at-heart! But it seems that the Trix Snacks will only be available for a limited time, as they are packed in an Easter-themed pouch complete with a giant Easter egg and Easter basket. It’s definitely a treat that Easter egg hunters will love finding during their hunt!

 

 

 

Betty Crocker’s Trix Fruit-Flavored Snacks are hopping onto shelves ahead of Easter

The new Trix Snacks comprise of six fun shapes. Five of the treats resemble the cereal’s fruit-shaped pieces and then there’s one that looks like Trix Rabbit. Instagrammer @foodiewiththebeasts – who is among the first to spot the snacks at a local Walmart – set the gummy treats and the cereal side by to side to show how similar the treats look. In addition to the shape, the snacks also come in bright colors like red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple just like the cereal.

 

 

However, despite the bright colors, @foodiewiththebeasts disclosed that the snacks don’t have any red dye added. These are also gluten-free, so parents can give the Trix Snacks to their little ones without worry. The snacks come in one larger pack containing 28 0.08-ounce bags, which should be more than enough to satisfy any fruity cereal cravings. Walmart has already listed the treat on their website and are stocking their shelves with the seasonal offering. They won’t be available very long, so if you want to have your Trix fix fixed, you’d better hurry and get it!
