The Cajun seasoning is a blend that originates from Louisiana, the home of delectable Cajun cuisine. It generally features a savory blend of paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, pepper, and oregano. But everyone can have their own spin on it by adding more spicy kicks into the mix. It has been used to amp up everything from chicken to seafood and French fries to dippers.
