Remember how we drooled over McDonald’s Malaysia’s Cookies & Cream Pie and Chocolate Pie? Well, guess what? The fast-food joint is back again with yet another envy-worthy, tasty treat. The new Chocolate Brownie McFlurry will surely have chocoholics wishing they’re on the other side of the world right now. Seriously though, why can’t the delightful desserts roll out in all locations?!
Although this new McFlurry flavor seems pretty straightforward, that doesn’t give us an excuse to skip all the drool-worthy details. As the name suggests, it combines two desserts in a single cup. It consists of vanilla soft-serve with decadent swirls of chocolate that’s topped with chewy brownie chunks and chocolate syrup. Indeed, it’s a burst of chocolatey goodness in every scoop! So, if you love ice cream, brownies and chocolate syrup—all together—then there’s no reason for you not to love this treat!

Apparently, people who were lucky to get their hands on this dessert have only good words to say about it. One user highly recommended it and noted, “As their chocolate brownie bits aren’t too sweet & rich in the dark chocolate taste, it complements the McFlurry very well!” Meanwhile, another user said that it’s delicious and sweet with lots of chocolate.

As it turns out, this dessert isn’t the only chocolate treat on McDonald’s Malaysia’s current menu. In addition to the new McFlurry, the fast-food franchise is also offering a Double Chocolate Oreo McFlurry, three variants of a Hershey’s Chocolate Sundae Cone and Chocolate Pie. We can only hope that they would still be around by the time it’s possible for us to travel again.

Luckily, we have the Holiday Pie to keep our sweet tooth satisfied as we beat the travel blues away. Apparently, McDonald’s Taiwan also released a Cocoa Brownie McFlurry back in April 2020. So, who knows? It might reach the other shores around the world this time around. Let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best!
