The Dough-Notes heart-shaped donuts come in four different flavors: the Sprinkled Heart, Sugar Cookie Heart, Strawberries & Kreme Heart and Chocolate Caramel Heart. Each adorable treat comes topped with the charming colors of the occasion, along with a chocolate offering. All the donuts are garnished with the most charming candies and sprinkles. They’re so cutely decorated that you’d think Cupid himself was the one who’d worked on them!
As per the official description, the Sprinkled Heart donut is filled with Cake Batter Kreme, dipped in red icing and topped with heart sprinkles. The Sugar Cookie Heart donut, on the other hand, comes filled with Sugar Cookie Kreme and is dipped and drizzled with white icing then topped with Krispy Kreme’s special Valentine’s sugar blend.
