American toy manufacturing company Mattel, popularly known as the maker of Barbie dolls, created the Space Oddity-inspired Barbie doll to honor the legendary glam rock icon. The new limited edition doll is styled after Bowie’s alter ego Ziggy Stardust. It mimics every single detail that comprises Ziggy Stardust’s signature look. The fiery red hair, astral makeup, metallic space suit with flared shoulders, cherry red platform boots, and painted fingernails.
