Smucker’s is synonymous with delicious jams and jellies that’ll have you smacking your lips with delight. Their jelly is an important ingredient in the peanut butter and jelly sandwich we all love. Then, a few years ago, the brand answered the prayers of non-crust fans by launching the Uncrustables. And now, after nearly two decades of delivering sweet sealed sandwiches sans the crust, Smucker’s has now expanded their range with new savory offerings.
Savory flavors are not exactly something we’d expect from Smuckers. But it seems that the brand is more than ready to change that, with the introduction of the new Beef Taco Bites, BBQ Chicken Bites, Turkey & Colby Jack Roll-Ups, and the Uncured Ham & Cheddar Roll-Ups. The new savory range was introduced by Smucker’s president and CEO Mark T. Smucker, at the Consumer Analyst Group of New York Conference on February 19th.

This year’s additions to the snack range are perfect for lunch. Who would’ve thought we’d see the day that the infamous taco would become a filling? Or that we’d have this snack stuffed with chicken drenched in barbecue sauce? Wonder no more, because the new Taco Bites and BBQ Chicken Bites are real and not just a figment of our wild, hungry imagination.

The Beef Taco Bite version consists of beef crumble, cheese, salsa and taco seasoning. On the other hand, the BBQ Chicken Bites will have all-white meat seasoned with chicken and barbecue sauce inside the crustless sandwich. Each box contains six Uncrustables packed in three separate packs. Before taking a bite, remember to pop the sandwiches in the oven, to make them all the more delicious!
Two of the new Roll-Ups come in pinwheel form
Aside from the savory duo, Uncrustables also introduced the Roll-Ups. The Roll-Ups are, for lack of better words, taking the brand’s image to a whole new level, as its fillings are exposed in a pinwheel-like manner instead of being encased by the bread. Joining the new range are the Turkey & Colby Cheese Jack Roll-Ups and the Uncured Ham & Cheddar Roll-Ups. Both Roll-Ups are made with 100% real cheese, with Colby Monterey Jack Cheese and Neufchâtel cheese on the Turkey & Colby Jack Roll-Ups.
The Uncured Ham, on the other hand, contains a combination of cheddar cheese and Neufchâtel cheese alongside the uncured ham. Each box contains four pieces in three individual packs that you can easily thaw and eat.

These savory Uncrustables have hit the shelves as early as May. The BBQ Chicken Bites and Beef Taco Bites Uncrustables are available online through Target for $3.99 per box. Meanwhile, the pinwheeled Uncured Ham & Cheddar Roll-Ups and the Turkey & Colby Jack Roll-Ups retail for $4.99 each.
