What did we do to deserve this sweet treat? Oreo fans and Baskin-Robbins fans are going to unite very soon. The Baskin-Robbins Mint Chocolate Chip Oreos will be hitting the shelves in a few weeks. So get ready to beat the crowd because Oreo will be dropping this new flavor anytime soon. Schedule of the official release is still unclear and the brand hasn’t given any announcement yet. This waiting game is truly painful but at least we have something to look forward to.

Instagram user @Junkbanter is giving us the first peek of what this new cookie breakthrough looks like. The packaging is nothing short of appealing but people are more excited to know how it tastes like. Anyway, the packaging features the fan favorite scoop of Baskin-Robbins Mint Chocolate Chip flavored ice cream. And the traditional chocolate Oreo cookies stuffed with a crème resembling the flavorful ice cream. We can only imagine the tasty flavor of this brilliant combo. And we certainly can’t wait any longer.

The idea of bringing Baskin-Robbins’ all-time favorite ice cream into Oreo’s range of flavors has been in the talk last year. After the cookie brand launched its Dunkin’ Donuts Mocha flavor, rumors about the Baskin-Robbins Mint Chocolate Chip Oreos immediately sparked. Instagram user Markie_devo was the first to give a hint about this possibility. Along with the caption, “This is another 2019 drop coming from Nabisco.”

Some people presume that this new flavor will have a similar taste to Mint Oreo. But we’ll go as far as to say that this flavor will taste more like the Baskin-Robbins fan-favorite flavor. Both Oreo and Baskin-Robbins have yet to release statements regarding the product’s launch. But we’re hoping that they’re going to roll it out soon so we can indulge to the best of both worlds.
