    9-Year-Old Adhara Pérez Is Considered A Child Genius After Finding Out She Has A Higher IQ Than Einstein

    Adhara Pérez Sánchez, a 9-year-old Mexican girl, isn’t just any other kids. She has Asperger’s syndrome that prevented her to live like a normal kid – and has an astounding IQ higher than Einstein. Asperger’s syndrome is a developmental disorder that is generally considered a mild form of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Individuals with this condition suffer from various symptoms including poor social skills, lack of verbal rhythm, delayed motor development, repetitive behaviors, and trouble making eye contact.

    This is why persons with Asperger’s are often referred to as ‘social oddballs’ which often makes them unfortunate targets for bullying and discrimination. Symptoms usually become more manifested when the person begins to experience difficulties in school or other social settings. Adhara Pérez began showing symptoms of the condition as early as 3 years old. Unable to socialize and communicate with other kids, she was often bullied by her classmates. Although she slept through her classes in school, her mother Nallely Sánchez claims that she was studious at home, having a keen interest in science.

    Worried about Adhara’s social isolation and poor coordination, her parents decided to seek medical intervention to address the issue. That’s when they discovered about her Asperger’s condition, she was 3 years old. Despite lacking social and communication skills, a child with this condition usually recompense in other positive traits such as intellectual or artistic interest, high degree of attention to details, high level of integrity, and persistence. Adhara Pérez seems to possess all of these great traits at an early age. In fact, her intellectual aptitude test yielded an impressive IQ score of 162. That’s even higher than that of esteemed genius Albert Einstein whose IQ is estimated to be 160.

     

     

    Her parents decided to send her to an exceptional school for kids with this condition. And in an education setting that was suited for her needs, she was able to unleash her intellectual potential and breezed through school. She finished elementary school at 5 years old, middle school at 6 years old, and high school at 8 years old. At the age of 9, she is currently taking up two engineering degrees in the Universidad CNCI de México.

    Adhara Pérez dreams to become an astronaut and explore Mars in the near future. As soon as she completes her engineering degrees, she is planning to pursue that dream. Her extraordinary academic achievement was recognized by Robert C. Robbins, the president of the University of Arizona. The NASA-affiliated university is known for its space sciences and exploration programs. Adhara received a letter from Mr. Robbins himself, inviting her to study at the university so she can make her dream come true.

    Adhara will be turning 10 this year – too young and yet has accomplished so many great things in her life. And it’s just a matter of time before she finally reach for the stars. Her story serves as a motivation to other kids on the autism spectrum to persevere in life despite their condition. If you need more proofs that Asperger’s syndrome isn’t a hindrance to success, take note that Charles Darwin, Sir Isaac Newton, Charles Francis Richter, and Bobby Fischer also had this condition. And yet these people are considered as the most brilliant masterminds in their respective fields. And Adhara will too.
