Disney World Have Said They Are Opening A Beauty And The Beast Bar At The Grand Floridian Hotel

Disney World is adding two great surprises for us all, especially at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. One of these would be a fantastic treat for kids. Meanwhile, the other one would suit only the adults. Do you know what it is? Well, it’s a Beauty and the Beast bar!

It was in February when the Disney Parks Blog made the announcement. Yep, there’s a new Bibbidi Bobbidy Boutique right at the spa’s location. At this time, though, they’ve shared fun facts about the Beauty and the Beast bar and lounge — it’s coming this Fall!

This new bar will set foot where Mizner’s Lounge and Commander Porter’s have been. It will have four spaces — all drawing inspiration from the movie. There’s the main attraction, which we’re showing in the image above. It’s a massive chandelier, and it’s hovering above the main bar.

According to the Disney Parks Blog, this large centerpiece is quite a tribute to both Belle’s yellow ball gown as well as the Beast’s enchanted rose.

Moreover, the Beauty and the Beast bar at Disney World features a formal library. Yes, its design purposefully resembles the one in the Beast’s castle. If you’re a fan, you need to check it out during your visit! Indeed, it pays great tribute to Cogsworth and Mrs. Potts. It even has a garden room serving as the replica of the enchanted forest. Meanwhile, there’s an outdoor patio that helps to give you the picture of the Beast’s garden terrace.

This Disney World Beauty and the Beast bar in Grand Floridian is your means of living out the movie in real life!

The best part? You won’t need a ticket to get to the bar. It’s right at the Disney property, so you can just come and grab a drink after a long day at the parks. Even the locals can visit without a ticket! Now, if you’re staying at the Grand Floridian, you surely are already in a prime location. Indeed, the hotel is quite near — a stop away — from Disney’s Magic Kingdom, right on the resort monorail.
