New Krispy Kreme Gingerbread Donut Is STUFFED To The Max With Cheesecake Filling

Our favorite donut company counted down to the most wonderful time of the year in the most delicious way possible. To welcome Christmas 2019, two versions of the Krispy Kreme Gingerbread donut were released. For this jolly season, KK has combined two iconic flavors you never thought you’d taste together: gingerbread and cheesecake! With the spiced flavors of gingerbread mixed in their delicious donuts, it’s really as seasonal as it could possibly get!

Since its introduction of the stuffed Original Glazed donut this June, Krispy Kreme has celebrated each holiday season with new fillings that we simply cannot resist! This year, KK has upped their festive ante by not just bringing back their Gingerbread donut but by releasing a whole new range of the delectable donuts.

The Krispy Kreme Gingerbread Donut duo was the perfect pre-Christmas treat

We’ve enjoyed Krispy Kreme’s Christmas cookie-inspired treat for several merry seasons now. With its hints of cinnamon and warm gingerbread molasses glaze, this seasonal treat had all the makings of the perfect Christmas donut. Its combined spice and sweet flavors make it the coziest companion for one’s hot chocolate. No other doughnut offering has ever come close to achieving festive perfection like it. Or so we thought!

Following the iconic Gingerbread donut comes a version that can only be the work of Santa Claus himself! The Gingerbread Original Filled doughnut features the very same flavor elements as the initial donut. However, it’s got cheesecake cream inside, which makes it all the more irresistible!

The special seasonal donuts were available at participating locations from December 16 until Christmas Eve. These special seasonal donuts certainly added a unique taste to our Christmas countdown! The donuts were available in US stores as well as Canadian shops. It’s only been a few days since Christmas, and we miss them already. Did you help save some more Gingerbread Men this year?
