This Creative Proposal Was Five Months Long

When Ray Smith decided to propose to his pregnant girlfriend, Claire Bramley, he didn’t want to do it the same traditional way as everybody else does. At first he scoured the Internet to come up with creative proposal ideas, but nothing fitted the bill, so he decided to come up with something unique and all of his own devising.

Over the next five months, in every photo he took of him and Claire together, he secretly held up a sign saying ‘Will you marry me?’. It wasn’t until Christmas time that he finally popped the question, and she said yes! Here’s what Claire had to say about his unique proposal…

“I was totally surprised, but in hindsight it’s exactly the kind of thing he does… I said yes straight away, I didn’t need to think about it.”
