Mike the headless chicken
This has blown our minds! It’s crazy to think that something like this is possible. When Mike was beheaded, it wasn’t a clean cut. The bulk of the head was removed but his jugular vein was missed. He was left with one ear and most of his brain stem intact, hence how Mike was able to go on living. An incredible tale, but a spooky one indeed!

Tree lobsters were thought to be extinct after a rat population invaded their home after a ship wreck and eradicated them, almost! It turns out high above sea level some where found to be leaving atop a tea tree.

Oscar the therapy cat
Oscar the therapy cat lives in the Steere house nursing and rehabilitation center in Providence, Rhode Island. He resides in the dementia unit and keeps residents company. It’s said that Oscar can sense when a resident is about to pass away and will sleep next to them till the end.
It’s not often you come across any fish with teeth, let alone a fish with human looking teeth. These Pacu fish have surprising straight teeth considering they don’t have a dentist. Imagine snorkeling and coming across this looking at you with a creepy smile.

Aokigahara forest, also known as the Sea of Trees, is a popular forest in Japan where people go to take their own life. In 2010 alone over 200 people attempted the act and 54 were successful.

Back in 1888, there was a brutal murder taking place in London. Now known as The Whitehall Mystery. A young woman was dismembered and her body parts were scattered across the city in different locations. The murder was never solved.
Tom and Eileen Lonergan
A young couple, Tom and Eileen Lonergan from Louisiana went on vacation to Australia. They booked to go scuba diving in the coral seal with a group people. Tom and Eileen were mistakenly left behind in the ocean. Before someone noticed the pair were missing, it was already much too late. The were never seen again.
UVB-76 – The Buzzer
UVB-76, also known as the buzzer, is believed to be a Russian shortwave radio station. It has been mysteriously broadcasting the same signal since 1982. No one knows where the signal is coming from or why. It sounds like low buzzing with the occasional Russian voice transmission. Strange indeed.
