Relaxed Dogs With A Zen-Like Look Captured By Photographer Alex Cearns

Aussie photographer Alex Cearns, thinks dogs have a zen-like quality about them. She likes to preserve this mood in all her canine subjects, by capturing them just as they have their eyes closed whilst blinking. Blissfully happy and relaxed, with their eyes serenely closed, the pooches look just like doggy buddhas. Cearns photographs about 800 dogs a year in her studio in Perth, Australia, and she always tries to get at least one 'zen' shot every session. Now, she's put together a series of her best shots, called 'Zen Dogs'. Check it out!
