If you’ve ever worked in the service industry, you’ll know that it can be a thankless job. Some customers can be insanely rude and demanding. Sure, you’re there to help, but that doesn’t mean that you should be treated like a pile of dirt when you’re doing the very best you can do to cater to your diners. That’s why it’s awesome when you get great customers or someone that goes that extra mile to say “Thanks”.
