We’re often given instructions to follow in our day to day life, whether we’re at work, in the kitchen making a dish from a recipe, or in a number of other situations. Sometimes, these instructions can be fairly ambiguous, but generally we know what they mean and we just get on with it the way it’s meant to be done.
