Back in 2008, a kind lady named Jan Brown, based in Seaburn, UK knitted her first sweater, although, this wasn't your typical kind as it was greyhound-sized! The sweater was for an abandoned dog she met at the 'Greyhound Rescue Northeast Shelter' in Tyne and Wear. Jan's cute and colorful garments are designed especially for greyhounds and whippets and they became so popular that she ended up quitting her job to concentrate on knitting for dogs full time. Now, proceeds from her knitting endeavors go to shelters across the country. How lovely! Take a look!
