Watch These Sculptures Come Alive With Light When They Detect Human Energy

These mesmerizing glowing sculptures have been created by California-born Betty Rieckmann. By heating PMMA acrylic tubes and manipulating them into different shapes, she has given them a tree-like weathered look. The tubes themselves glow white until a human interacts with them. They then emit beautiful colors as they are awakened from their slumber.
