The Yuengling Hershey’s Chocolate Porter Beer is as delicious as it sounds. It combines the nearly 200-year old dark brewed porter recipe and the Hershey’s chocolate recipe. This is actually the first time that Yuengling and Hershey’s have teamed up on a project. Furthermore, this is the first time that Hershey’s puts its stamp on a beer. This alone makes the new chocolate porter the more intriguing.
The Yuengling brewing team took nearly a year to develop the chocolate beer. This limited edition beer contains 4.7% ABV. The new blend features Yuengling’s signature caramel and dark roasted malt brewed porter with notes of Hershey’s world-famous smooth rich chocolate. Indeed, this collaboration offers the world a rare chance to savor the exceptional blend of America’s unique beer and America’s most beloved chocolate. This shouldn’t come as a surprise because America really loves beer and chocolate.
