Meet Hamlet, the cutest little pet piggy you've ever seen! When owner Melanie Gomez was diagnosed with epilepsy during her college years, she used to have one to two seizures per year. However, after she got married, this increased to up to ten seizures per day. This is where Hamlet comes in. Her hubby wanted her to have a companion, yet he is severely allergic to both cats and dogs. So the couple decided a pet pig could be the answer to help Melanie through her days. And it worked! Gomez claims Hamlet literally saved her life, staying at her side constantly during her darkest days and always ready to play when she was.
