Got a spare $680,000 lying around? Well, you may want to think about buying the town of Grantville, in Georgia. It's for sale on Ebay! Ok, so maybe we're not talking about the entire town, but a good chunk of its downtown area… that's nine buildings spread over 40,000 square feet! And, as a bonus, this is no ordinary town. It may look so but it's actually a famous one, having appeared on the TV show The Walking Dead and several movies. Spooky! Check it out!

Former Grantville mayor, Jim Sells, purchased the buildings four years ago, in a foreclosure deal.

Styled as the hometown of protagonist Sheriff Rick Grimes, Grantville was used to film several episodes of The Walking Dead.

The town was chosen for its abandoned, ghostly feel.

There is even a rumored haunted house in the town, known as "Bonnie Castle" or "Colley House".

In addition, Grantville is also famous for a 1932 bank robbery.

A bank teller was bound and gagged and locked in the vault during the robbery! The robbers escaped but did not get far after coins began falling from their getaway car leaving a trail in their wake.

The nine buildings include a pizza restaurant, a pharmacy and a pub.
