Jacqueline Poirier is resident artist at the Ritz-Carlton in Toronto. Her work can be found all around the hotel's dining room, rather fittingly, because she uses dinner plates as canvases for her paintings! This talented artist paints a variety of subjects on these plates. Foods are her specialty, and certainly look the part on a plate, but she also paints portraits of humans and animals, landscapes and more. If you can't make it to the Ritz-Carlton in person, you can see some of her work below and more on her Instagram page!
