This Rollercoaster-like Bridge In Japan Is Not For The Faint Hearted

    Eshima Ohashi Bridge Japan

For those with a fear of roller coasters, we’d advise staying well away from Japan’s 44m tall Eshima Ohashi Bridge. The bridge is remarkable due to its extraordinary steep incline. Linking the two cities of Matsue and Sakaiminato, it was designed in such a thrilling fashion in order to let ships pass underneath. Eshima Ohashi is the largest rigid frame bridge in Japan and the third largest in the world. Fun, or terrifying? We’ll let you be the judge.
