Designers Christian Strömqvist and Karl-Johan Ekeroth from PinPin Studio created this awesome playground made entirely from ice and snow. The playground features as part of the Winter Festival in Kiruna, Sweden. Despite having to enlist some help from local students, and the people who make Sweden's Icehotel, the whole thing was completed within a week! Included in the playground is a maze, made with roughly 10 foot high slabs of ice and snow, two slides, a large ice lantern and various kinds of creative seating. Although it is mostly children using the playground, people of all ages are welcome to join in the fun. The playground will stay until it melts away, which will probably be sometime in April.
