    Ever since we’ve had photographs, people have been using cameras to capture some pretty amazing moments. A lot of the photos taken across the globe are only of personal significance to the photographer, but then there are photos like these, which have some great historical significance.     Taken in 1937, this photo is of Robert Wadlow, the tallest person ever recorded. Here, he was just 19 years old and 8ft 7in. His height was attributed to a disorder of the pituitary gland which meant he couldn’t stop growing and, sadly, this is what killed him just four years later. He was 8ft 11in.
