Skid Robot, an anonymous artist, has been been creating graffiti style imaginary homes for homeless people around the Skid Row area in Los Angeles. As well as creating these graffiti artworks, he has also been spending much needed time with them and delivering them care packages.
The artists aim is to make everyone aware of the extreme hardship of poverty and to encourage us to find workable and practical solutions. Skid Row is 'home' to literally thousands of people getting by as best they can under horrendous circumstances. The photographs below will really make you think, and this is just what Skid Robot intended.
