Life isn't easy for kids living with serious and/or chronic health problems, but artist Shawn Van Daele has an ongoing project to help these children feel like anything is possible. The Drawing Hope project sees Van Daele take drawings that these kids have done, and turn them into incredible photo manipulations, starring the children themselves. This helps these brave young people to believe that their dreams can come true. Check it out!
