If you've ever wondered what pop and rap stars would look like as iconic cartoon characters, then read on! Cartoon x Pop is a project by artist Zhi-Yun Zhang whereby she takes popular musicians and draws them as though they were a famous cartoon character. The results look amazing! Zhang has really captured the essence of both the pop stars and the cartoon characters, and created crossover characters that work really well. Here's what Zhang had to say about her work…
"Nowadays in every entertaining industry there are features and collaborations. I wanted to bring two sectors together. So I mixed up the style of famous cartoon shows with some of today’s musicians. I try to match the right counterparts and be close as possible."
