Art historian Petra Stone has recently taken up jewelry making as a hobby. During the course of her research into the subject, she discovered a technique called soutache… a type of braiding with thread. Stone loves creating with thread as it is easy to work with and comes in many different colorways. Stone enjoys her creativity so much that she has now opened her own store on Etsy as well as selling some of her designs via stores in Spain. It's amazing what can come from a hobby!
