It's great being given gifts at Christmas, especially if it's something that you really want. This guy decided to make an amazing present for his brother who is a chess addict and was moving into his first apartment… an awesome chess table with a penny mosaic on top! Here's how he did it.

First he sourced a good sturdy table.
With the help of a friend he set about cleaning, reconstructing and reinforcing it.
Looking good so far!
Making the penny-covered table top took time and dedication.
The pennies were then sealed with epoxy.
Doesn't it look amazing?
His brother totally loves his gift!
