‘Museo Atlantico’s’ Stunning Sculptures Are On The Ocean Floor

 

Have you ever visited a museum that was underwater? Nope, neither have we. Although we're keen to visit 'Museo Atlantico', Europe's first underwater contemporary art museum. Found off the coast of Lanzarote, in the Canary Island of Spain, the museum is still undergoing work, but so far it features a series of sculptural installations, an amazing 12 meters below the water's surface! Snorklers, divers and observers on glass-bottomed boats are already flocking to the museum, which is expected to be completed by December 2016. It will by then have ten underwater galleries!
