You've heard of Grumpy Cat, now it's time to meet Grumpy Dog. Earl the Puggle is a beagle/pug cross puppy. Little Earl is a lovely natured dog who gets incredibly bad press due to how his underbite affects his looks, he is a pretty unhappy looking little guy. Earl's looks have gained him popularity on the Net and it's due to his consistently grumpy face that he currently has 12.5k followers on Instagram! Derek Bloomfield, Earl's owner, says that the 5-month-old puppy is completely healthy even though he looks very grumpy indeed.
