Usually you buy a product knowing what you’re expecting. That might be because there’s a picture on the front of the box or there’s a description of the product that seems pretty self explanatory. So, of course, you expect to get what’s advertised. But, sadly, this isn’t always the case! The reality of some products really isn’t anything like what you were expecting, and not in a good way!
