'Darwin Day' falls on February 12th of each year, which was Charles Darwin's birthday. As most people know, Darwin brought us the theory of evolution, which was integral to understanding how, and why, all the life on our planet exists as it does today! But, evolution is something that is constant, so it would be naive to believe that it has suddenly halted.
