The Humane Society of Broward County, an animal shelter in Florida, are now offering "snuggle deliveries" to offices and other workplaces where employees need a morale boost. For a donation of $150, the shelter will bring a selection of their dogs and cats over to the workplace, where staff can pet and play with them. These hour-long visits aim to reduce stress in employees, help to socialize the animals, and also introduce the little guys to some would-be adopters so that they might find a forever home. We think this is an excellent idea, both for the animals and the humans. Imagine some of these precious critters turning up at your place of work. Let the awww-ing commence.
