Not all of us have a green thumb. In fact, many people feel like they could kill a plant just by looking at it, which means that freshly picked herbs are off the table. But now 'The Verdure' is here to change that. This awesome invention comes from the mind of design student Seoyeonjin Choi, and is basically an automated planter that will do pretty much everything for you but cook the herbs! The planter has a soil sponge, a reservoir for water and a halogen light. All you need to do is put the seeds in the sponge and put water in the reservoir, then The Verdure will do the rest for you, automating the correct amount of light and water your plants need. The planter itself is sleek and streamlined so it won't take up too much room in a kitchen. Now all of us can have hassle-free fresh herbs on hand to make a tasty meal.
