Some people will grow up thinking they want a certain amount of kids. What usually happens is, people have their first child and that experience either solidifies their previous beliefs, or shatters them! Some people end up wanting loads more, whilst others decide that one is definitely enough. Here we have a list of moms confessing why they never want to have a second child. Going through something like pregnancy and/or labor without the support of your partner being around is naturally going to be tough.
This sounds pretty sensible to us. We aren’t saying depressed people are unfit parents, however, when bringing a new life into the world, stability is a good foundation.
This may not sound very nice but it’s a personal choice and completely fair enough in our eyes.
