If you’ve ever suffered from insomnia, you’ll know that it’s really not fun. Some people get the odd bout now and then, but others find themselves going without a good night’s sleep for months at a time, which can really drive you round the bend. When you know there’s no way you’re brain’s going to let you get some rest, you may as well decide to do something else, but your choices are somewhat limited in the middle of the night.
