Cake designer, commercial artist and illustrator Maria A. Aristidou has used espresso and Greek coffee to create a copy of La Gioconda (Mona Lisa) by Leonardo da Vinci. This may sound pretty odd but painting with coffee really works! Maria brewed various different strengths of coffee to create the many shades she needed and we think her take on the famous masterpiece is amazing! Take a look!
