If you loved playgrounds as a kid then how about this for a swing? This extreme attraction is known as the ‘Swing at the End of the World’ and can be found at La Casa del Árbol (The Treehouse) in Baños, Ecuador. Are you brave enough to try it out? Let’s face it, it’s certainly not for the faint-hearted. There is no safety harness attached to you nor are there any nets to catch you. There’s simply two pieces of rope attached to a metal pole (which looks very thin). It really is death-defying! There are some amazing views to be enjoyed should you be able to pluck up the courage and swing over the canyon. The surrounding is simply stunning and you can even see the active volcano, Tungurahua.
