Artist Frances Payne has created a beautiful series of suspended paper cuts. Each artwork is created from only one sheet of paper, which is then suspended within a frame. Amazingly, Frances has only been creating paper cuts for the past 4 years having worked previously with paint on canvas. Before she begins to cut each design, she makes detailed sketches of what her final piece should look like. Have a peek at her magical work!
