Customer service is a minefield for us poor, unsuspecting members of the paying public. We never know when we're about to get hit with a trash product, a belligerent employee or a stupid policy that doesn't make any goddamn sense! Thankfully, social media means we can now, very publicly, vent our issues with whatever company's frustrated us. Immediately! And, as you'll see from the hilarious customer experiences related below, responses from the companies involved can also be very immediate.
