If someone asked people to picture a wedding, most folks would have a very similar image to one another. Typical features might include a bride in a white dress, a groom in a tux or formal suit, a big church wedding, a towering cake and bridesmaids dressed in matching taffeta. But, a wedding doesn’t have to look anything like that… it can be whatever the happy couple wants to to be. Most people are much more accepting of differences these days, but having non-traditional elements to your wedding still often incurs some raised eyebrows.
