The waiting is over and the highly anticipated 432 Park Avenue building is now complete. It's located between 56th and 57th Street, New York, and is the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere. It reaches a staggering 1,396 feet! This skyscraper features 104 luxury condos that start from $16.95 million. If that price didn't blow you away, then how about the $95 million asking price for the penthouse apartment?! Perhaps the breathtaking views of New York City are enough to tempt the rich and famous?
Raphael Viñoly designed this incredible tower and it took three years to build. It will be available for its first residents in 2015, and there are many private amenities that they will be able to enjoy such as a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a pool, a gym and a massage therapy room. Despite the high asking prices, the condos are selling fast so if you're interested and have some spare millions in the bank then you'd better get a move on!
