Although photography has only been around for, not much more than, 100 years out of all of human history, there are already some hugely iconic and historic photos in the proverbial vaults. But, with older photos in black and white, it can be hard to engage with them the same way that you do with color photos. They seem like relics from the distant past more than records of things that actually happened. In order to bring old photos to life, artist, Marina Amaral colorizes them.
