We used to think it was impossible to rate dogs, because they're literally all awesome, but the "We Rate Dogs" Twitter account has proved us wrong. Not only does it feature some incredibly cute photos of doggos and puppers, it also has an excellent rating system with super funny captions. It's genuinely one of the best things on the internet, in our humble opinion.
